Le jersey en coton (Jersey) est un tissu léger, doux et extensible, qui offre à la fois confort et durabilité.

Composé de coton naturel et d’ élasthanne, ce tissu est particulièrement agréable à porter grâce aux propriétés respirantes et douces du coton, tandis que l’élasthanne apporte une légère élasticité qui laisse une grande liberté de mouvement. Il est idéal pour les vêtements de tous les jours, les habits pour enfants et aussi les tenues de sport. 

Conseils de couture :

Pour coudre du jersey en coton (Jersey), il est recommandé d’utiliser Jersey ou Stretch aiguilles, spécialement conçues pour les tissus extensibles. Ces aiguilles ont une pointe arrondie, ce qui leur permet de glisser facilement entre les fibres du jersey sans endommager le tissu. La taille des aiguilles appropriée est 70/10 ou 80/12.
